Gary Vaynerchuk is not everyone's cup of tea.
Born in Belarus, he is an entrepreneur who grew up working in his fathers liquor business and grew it into a 50 million dollar empire by the time he was 30.
His mission was to change the way that people looked at wine and started by launching Wine Library TV, a daily wine video blog that launched in Feb '06.
Gary was a early adapter of social media platforms like Twitter and has recently released his first book, Crush It. He's an advocate of caring about your customers and the poster boy for a new way of doing business with a strong focus on the internet.
Below is the keynote that made the world sit up and take notice. If you want to do business online and you're not adverse to "colourful" language then I recommend you take the time to watch the video now.
